This policy describes how Frontier Content Studio ("Frontier", "we") collects and uses information when you visit frontier-studio.com.
Information we collect
- Usage information. Standard technical data such as pages visited, referring page, browser type, device type, and approximate location derived from your IP address.
- Video analytics. When you watch a video on this site, our video host (Mux) records playback events such as when a video is played and how much of it is watched.
- Visitor identification. We use RB2B, a service that attempts to identify business visitors from the United States. RB2B may associate your visit with business contact information, such as your name, company, and public LinkedIn® profile, using its own identity data. We use this only to understand who is interested in our work and, where appropriate, to follow up professionally.
- Information you provide. If you book a call, our scheduling provider (Cal.com) collects the details you submit, such as your name, email, and answers to booking questions.
How we use it
To operate and improve this website, understand which content resonates, prepare for conversations you request, and reach out professionally to business visitors who appear to be a fit for our services. We do not sell your personal information.
Sharing
Information is processed by the service providers named above (Vercel hosting, Mux, RB2B, Cal.com) solely to provide their services to us. We do not share your information with other third parties except as required by law.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information we hold about you, or object to our use of it, by emailing rohan@frontier-studio.com. California residents may exercise their rights under the CCPA through the same address. You can also limit tracking through your browser settings and extensions.
Changes
We may update this policy as our tools change. The effective date above reflects the latest revision.
